(English at the bottom)

Many people feel insecure and difficult to live in the present age and social situation.
Various courses, workshops and training camps are held to solve this problem, and all of them are popular.
What do people who come to such events want?

In my experience, a lot of people want "peace of mind" "unshaken strength" and "Controlling anger and anxiety".

When I was told that I had terminal cancer and I was living with my life expectancy cut, many people saw that (look like)
"How can you be so calm?"
he asked.

No, not at all.
It just looks that way.
On the surface, he doesn't seem distraught, and he may seem composed in the face of death.
But inside of me, "festival" is being held.

People have various needs, and when they are alive, they change from moment to moment, and appear, disappear, and appear.
Needs may or may not be satisfied by your efforts and help.
However, I think it is a natural phenomenon of life that various needs appear and disappear, claim their existence, and then shout and dance as if to say, "I'm here.".

People often wish it too loud, too quiet, too painful, too quiet, too calm, too liberated.
If their wishes are too strong, they may choose to go to a certain religion in search of peace and liberation, or they may settle for a ritual of spiritual healing.

That would be a natural wish.
When I think of my limited time for life, I sometimes wish to live as peacefully, peacefully and quietly as possible, and I understand that feeling.
On the other hand, if you empathize with yourself through nonviolent communication and see the various needs clamoring and repeating themselves, I think it's kind of lovely and natural.

My life is doing Needs Carnival day by day.
It is a noisy, bustling world opposite to gedatsu, and I sometimes get tired of it, but I have no choice because it is a phenomenon of my life.
Then I'll try dancing on the float.

If my needs are met, I make a big fuss, saying, "Let's celebrate!" If not, I make a big fuss, saying, "I want to cry!".
Anyway, it's a festival.
That is the phenomenon of my life and that I am alive.

Ultimately, it doesn't matter whether your needs are met or not.
Gedatsu and shite (Excuse me for my dirty words!).
I'm going to spend the rest of my life with the festival and enjoy it.
